We are pleased to announce that we have launched our new calling card Class 5 switch.
This allows the following:
  • Free VOIP apps (search for Australian Telecom on the Apple App store or Google Play Store or click the links below). This will allow you to use your calling card anywhere in the world without dialling an access number
  • Apps available for Apple, Android, Blackberry, Symbian, Windows Mobile and PC
  • The Call prompts have changed slightly, please listen carefully
  • You can log in to your own account at accounts.austel.net using your card serial number and pin
  • You can view your calls, recharge your card, and set up your own Speed Dial numbers and Pinless dialing
  • This new system will provide you with more flexibility over your account, please don't hesitate to contact us if you are experiencing any difficulty
